Subaru is a stern, yet kind Heavy Axe player, who is the leader of the Crimson Knights. She has strong beliefs in upholding the balance of 'The World' and takes her job as leader of the Crimson Knights seriously.

Subaru has short blue hair, and wears a pretty two-piece light blue dress and boots. She wields a very runic looking axe, but never uses it, it acts more like a prop. One of Subaru's most notable features are her white wings on her back, and her red wave tattoo on her forehead.

She takes a curious interest in Tsukasa, once he was believed to be an illegal player. Wanting to know more about him, she orders his capture. Subaru's companion Silver Knight doesn't take too kindly on her sudden interest in this outlaw, and doesn't hesitate to tell Subaru how improper it is.

Eventually disbanding from the Crimson Knights, Subaru now has the freedom to peruse Tsukasa and help him in his struggle. She acts as a shoulder to lean on for Tsukasa, giving him strength to move forward, and face his fears.
