Character Biography

Morganna, a creation of Harald, was originally created with the intention of giving birth to Aura. She was to create and awaken Aura, and raise her by sending phases out to collect data about emotions to feed to her. Doing this would allow Aura to become the ultimate AI.

Then she was to kill Aura, who would then data drain Morganna. This process would allow Aura to become complete, and cause Morganna to have no purpose. Once Morganna realized she would no longer have a purpose in "The World" she did everything in her power to stall the growth of Aura indefinitely.

In doing so, she caused many of the events in the entire .hack series. This of course makes her extremely important to the entire .hack storyline.
