Here you can view all the recent and old updates that have been made to .hack//Portal by myself and my staff. They are all dated, and are available for comments. They even state who made the update for credit purposes.
If an update was made by myself or one of my staff, and that individual isn't the true contributor, a comment will be made that the information was provided/created by someone else, and just posted by an admin.
